General
What is Talents Arena?

Talents Arena is an AI-powered talent intelligence platform for hiring across MENA. We source from a pool of 1M+ candidates, aggregated data and integrated LinkedIn data, matching on Skill Fit, Culture Fit and Industry Fit — then our expert recruiters team converts those AI-matched profiles into interview-ready candidates. We are accredited by SDAIA and work with 1,000+ clients including Microsoft, KAUST, Ejada, Sodic, Halan and SNCICT.

Which regions do you operate in?

Across MENA, with offices in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Egypt and active clients throughout the region including Oman and Kuwait. We also serve clients in Europe, North America and Africa.

AI hiring platform vs recruitment agency — what is the difference?

An agency sends you a list and an invoice, usually charging a percentage of salary per placement. Talents Arena runs the cycle on a subscription: AI sources and matches from 1M+ profiles, aggregated data and integrated LinkedIn data, then our expert recruiters team screens and interviews — so you receive candidates who are briefed, interested and ready. Your cost stays predictable regardless of how many roles you fill.

Can AI hiring work for non-tech roles?

Yes — we hire across all role types in 35+ industries. The matching engine works on skills and role requirements, not industry, so it applies equally to engineering, finance, HR, sales, operations, marketing and executive roles, from junior to C-suite. Clients span real estate (Sodic), fintech (Halan), banking (Suez Canal Bank), government (KAUST, Saudi MCIT) and technology (Microsoft, Ejada).

How long does it take to hire with Talents Arena?

Most clients receive interview-ready candidates within 48 hours of a brief, against 2–3 weeks of sourcing and screening done internally. Because candidates arrive screened and confirmed interested, teams typically run 2–4 interviews per hire instead of 20+.

Services
What is a Managed Hiring Cycle?

A Managed Hiring Cycle is a full-service hiring engagement where the provider runs every stage — sourcing, screening, assessment and interviews — and delivers candidates ready for your final decision. It differs from a job board, which gives you applications, and from a sourcing tool, which gives you profiles. At Talents Arena, AI sources and matches candidates, then our expert recruiters team screens, assesses and interviews them, so what reaches you is interview-ready talent rather than a list to work through.

What is the difference between AI Sourcing and the Managed Hiring Cycle?

They are two ways to buy the same engine. AI Sourcing is self-serve: the AI surfaces matched profiles from our 1M+ pool, aggregated data and integrated LinkedIn data, each with an AI summary and skill-gap analysis, and your team runs the hiring. The Managed Hiring Cycle is full-service: our expert recruiters team screens, assesses and interviews, so you receive interview-ready talent. The difference is the expert layer — and it is the part clients consistently tell us they are buying.

What does “interview-ready” actually mean?

The candidate has been screened against your requirements, assessed where relevant, briefed on the role and the offer, and has confirmed they are interested. Most platforms deliver a match — a strong fit on paper who may be unavailable, uninterested or unaware of the role. Interview-ready means the interview is not spent explaining the job.

How does AI candidate matching actually work?

We score candidates on three dimensions — Skill Fit against role requirements, Culture Fit against how your team works, and Industry Fit against relevant sector experience — sourcing from 1M+ profiles, aggregated data and integrated LinkedIn data. Every recommendation is explainable: you can see why a candidate surfaced, not just that they did. The matching is bias-aware by design and audited as part of our SDAIA accreditation.

What is the AI summary and skill-gap analysis?

Every matched candidate arrives with an AI summary — a plain-language brief on their background, strengths and relevance to your specific role — and a skill-gap analysis showing exactly where they meet your requirements and where they do not, mapped against the job description. Instead of reading 400 CVs to build a mental picture of each candidate, you read a structured summary and see the gaps immediately. It also makes rejection decisions defensible: you can point to which requirements were not met rather than relying on impression.

Can candidates apply to us directly?

Yes — through your Career Page. When you open a vacancy, we generate a branded applications page candidates apply through directly. Unlike a standard careers page that dumps every application into your inbox, applicants are automatically filtered through our AI matching engine, so what surfaces in your dashboard are the relevant, matched profiles — ranked, summarised and gap-analysed. Inbound applications and AI-sourced candidates land in the same pipeline.

What types of assessments do you offer?

Three. Technical assessments for role-specific skills, psychometric assessments measuring behaviour, motivation and team fit through a globally trusted framework, and language assessments in English and Arabic mapped to role requirements.

What is Outsourcing & EOR, and CTO as a Service?

Outsourcing & EOR: we legally employ talent under our own entity in the GCC — payroll, social insurance, tax, medical insurance, visa and Iqama management, and local invoicing — letting you hire in Saudi Arabia or the UAE without establishing a local entity. CTO as a Service: access to senior technology leaders across MENA hourly or on retainer, for architecture, cloud strategy and tech-stack decisions, without a full-time hire.

Products
What is included in the Talents Arena platform?

Three products built on one engine. Talent Studio is the intelligence layer — matching, skill mapping, workforce planning. Talent Bot lets your team query your talent data in plain language. Talent Link is our career fair and university engagement platform, connecting students and graduates with employers. Underneath all three sits the AI Sourcing & Matching Engine, which sources from 1M+ profiles, aggregated data and integrated LinkedIn data.

What is Talent Studio and what does it do?

Talent Studio is the intelligence layer. Most organisations can tell you their headcount, but not who is promotion-ready, which teams carry skill risk, or whether an internal candidate already exists for an open role. Talent Studio brings hiring, internal talent mapping, skill-gap analysis, onboarding, performance tracking and workforce planning into one system — so those questions have answers instead of estimates. It is designed to unify what is normally split across an ATS, an HRIS, an LMS and a performance tool.

What is Talent Bot and what does it do?

Talent Bot is an AI copilot for your talent data — you ask in plain language and get an answer. Instead of building a search query or waiting on a report, your team can ask something like "who in our pipeline has fintech experience and is available in Riyadh" and receive matched profiles immediately. Every recommendation is explainable: you see why a candidate surfaced, not just that they did.

What is Talent Link and what does it do?

Talent Link is an AI-powered platform for career fairs and university engagement. It connects students, graduates, universities and employers — matching candidates to relevant opportunities, surfacing skill insights, and streamlining employer interactions on the day. Universities and accelerators use it to run career days where students are matched to employers rather than queuing at booths. Organisations use it as a customised platform to connect directly with an emerging talent community. It includes automated interview scheduling, skill-gap analysis, workforce planning and personalised learning paths for upskilling — which is why it fits national workforce development and graduate employment initiatives.

Which HR tools do you integrate with?

SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, Workable, Recruitee, Zoho Recruit, LinkedIn and Google Drive, with more added regularly. We are designed to work alongside your existing ATS rather than replace it — though Talent Studio can consolidate a fragmented ATS, HRIS and performance stack if that is what you need.

Customers
What types of companies do you work with?

Startups, SMEs and enterprises — the engagement model changes, the engine does not. Startups typically use AI Sourcing or a single hiring cycle to build early teams fast. SMEs use the Managed Hiring Cycle for recurring hiring without an in-house talent acquisition function. Enterprises and government entities use white-label deployments, integrations with existing HR systems, and multi-role cycles at volume.

Which companies do you hire for?

More than 1,000 clients across MENA. Enterprise and global: Microsoft, Ejada, Sodic, Halan, Suez Canal Bank, talabat. Government and academic: KAUST, the Saudi Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Qassim University. Startups and scale-ups: SNCICT, Sprints, Botcells, Praxilabs, Paxium, and startups across the KAUST TAQADAM and other accelerator programmes.

Do you work with government and regulated organisations?

Yes. Our work includes the Saudi Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, KAUST, Qassim University and banking clients including Suez Canal Bank. Our SDAIA accreditation and local GCC entity support procurement and compliance requirements that most global platforms cannot meet in the region.

Trust & Compliance
Is AI hiring compliant with Saudi regulations?

Talents Arena is accredited by SDAIA, the Saudi Data & AI Authority, as a responsible and ethical AI service provider — one of very few hiring platforms in the region with confirmed AI accreditation. In practice it means our matching is auditable, bias-aware and documented, which matters for government entities, banks and regulated employers.

How do you protect candidate data?

We operate in line with GDPR and apply the same standards across MENA. Candidate data is processed only for the roles it was collected for, access is permission-controlled, and clients see only the candidates relevant to their openings. Our SDAIA accreditation covers responsible handling of AI-processed data. Data processing terms are available on request.

Pricing
How much does AI recruiting software cost?

Pricing depends on how you want to work. AI Sourcing is a monthly subscription for teams running their own hiring. The Managed Hiring Cycle comes in tiered packages for teams that want us to run the cycle and deliver interview-ready talent. Enterprise deployments are quoted individually. Clients typically reduce hiring costs by up to 70% compared with agency fees — because you are paying a predictable subscription, not a percentage of every salary.

Is it a subscription or do you charge per hire?

A subscription. We do not charge a percentage of salary per placement, so your cost stays predictable regardless of how many roles you fill or what they pay. That difference is where most of the up to 70% cost reduction comes from.

Do you offer a white-label solution?

Yes. We deploy the full platform under your brand — your identity, your domain, your candidate experience — with the matching engine, career pages and hiring workflows running underneath. Universities, accelerators and enterprises use it to give their own communities a branded hiring portal. KAUST runs a white-label deployment for TAQADAM accelerator startups, and Princess Sumaya University for Technology for its graduates.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes. Depending on your plan you can freeze for one to three months — useful when hiring plans shift mid-quarter.
